At Codemized, we partnered with Vanzini Inmobiliaria, a leading real estate company in Rosario, Argentina, to modernize their digital ecosystem. The project included the launch of a high-performance real estate website and the ongoing development of a custom CRM system tailored to their operational needs.
The new website was built using Node.js and Next.js, with a MongoDB database for fast data handling. It integrates directly with Tokko Broker’s API, enabling automatic synchronization of property listings, details, and inquiries. This significantly reduced manual data entry and improved consistency across channels.
As part of the transformation, we focused heavily on SEO, mobile performance, and usability — resulting in better Google rankings, faster loading times, and more intuitive navigation for potential buyers and renters.
Property searches are powered by filters, geolocation tools, and smart recommendations, offering users a seamless experience whether browsing from desktop or mobile. Listings include dynamic data pulled from Tokko, updated in real time to ensure accuracy.
In parallel, we’re developing a custom CRM system using Java, React, and MySQL. This backend platform is designed to centralize and automate Vanzini’s sales pipeline, contact management, internal notifications, and document tracking — reducing operational friction and enabling smarter follow-up with leads and property owners.
The CRM will also integrate with the public site, syncing leads, automating visit scheduling, and connecting seamlessly with third-party services such as email marketing or WhatsApp communications.
