About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Fullstack Software Engineer with no previous experience, but with energy, motivation, and a strong desire to grow. You’ll help design and build scalable solutions for both backend and frontend, with a user-centered approach and the opportunity to use AI tools throughout the development process.

You’ll be part of our team 0 — the first team of the company — and will gain unique insights into how a company is built from scratch, working with people who have led teams of dozens or even hundreds over the last 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, well-structured backend services

• Build dynamic, responsive, user-centered interfaces

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver features end to end

• Use AI tools for coding, testing, and troubleshooting

• Experiment with Vibe Coding, Serverless, and BaaS/PaaS

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code

Requirements

Must-haves:

• Actively learning software development (university, bootcamps, or online programs)

• Basic knowledge of data structures, OOP, relational databases, HTTP, REST

Nice-to-haves:

• Practical experience with Spring Boot, Nest.js, or similar frameworks

• Experience with Next.js / React and/or React Native / Flutter

• Desire to grow into technical leadership or team management roles

• Knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps tools

• Deployed personal projects or proof of concepts

Languages

• Required: Basic English reading comprehension

• Preferred: General fluency (not mandatory)
