The Opportunity

You will help design and deliver a greenfield enterprise platform capable of:

• Smart project planning and dynamic scheduling

• AI-driven cost projections and deviation analysis

• Resource utilization and allocation optimization

• Predictive risk modeling

• Real-time operational tracking

• Executive-level analytics and decision dashboards

The platform will integrate into complex enterprise ecosystems and process large, diverse datasets at scale.

Engineering Scope

You will contribute across critical technical domains, including:

• Distributed systems design

• High-performance, scalable backend development

• Data-heavy processing pipelines

• Integration of ML/AI models into production systems

• Cloud-native infrastructure design

• Observability, monitoring, and performance tuning

• Enterprise-level security and compliance

Architectural excellence, scalability, and long-term maintainability are non-negotiable.

Who We’re Looking For

Senior or Semi-Senior Engineers who:

• Bring energy and thrive in collaborative, high-performance teams

• Have 3+ years of experience building enterprise-grade systems (ideally in the Java ecosystem)

• Are comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, MCPs)

• Think in terms of systems and integrations — not just isolated tasks

• Feel at home in greenfield environments

• Operate effectively in ambiguity and complex problem spaces

• Take ownership beyond code — understanding product and valuable business outcomes

• Care about the financial and strategic impact of the solutions they build

• Want to contribute to a product that directly influences enterprise-level performance
